    you need ahead of me for quite a while now, i dont know if you missed my post regarding my system changes. As a while back i thought about getting eyefinity so i got rid of the annoying 6850s (due to not really CF mobo) and got my self a 6970 so my performance dropped a bit, i just left my 6850s performance up anyway but technically im lower than that

    sadly yeah, but thing is unless you have a silly resolutioned display be it a huge monitor or multiscreen set up. Is there really a point to so much computing power? atm i actually find my self down clocking everything to even less than stock to keep the room cooler and less importantly save on the power bill. My day to day cpu speed is now down to like 2ghz

    i run mine at 4.5ghz and gpu at 850/2150 day to day but play stuff like dirt 3 and f1 2010 and both games run really well at high res and smoothly. I dont play enough to worry about my power bill, And i built mine for BF3 and f1 2011. I really really wanna avoid upgrading for a couple of years now
