    Mine was a commadore 64!

Oh how I miss waiting 10 minutes to load a tape everytime I booted it up. Was fun though, in the end I swapped it for a mega drive with some games lol

My first PC was a P120 with 16MB RAM, it wasn't THAT long ago and comparing it to my current system specs its amazing how fast technology moves.

The world of computers was introduced to me by my granda and his ZX Spectrum. I would beg and plead to go up on Saturdays so I could play the moto x game on it with the joystick! Then I got my own...

Got my spectrum when I was no age (5 or 6) and was happily plugging away at tape cassete games. Ages to load and screaming noises coupled with random colours on the screen.

First PC per say was a 386 which ran at 25mhz when the turbo was on. The wonders of Windows 3.1, DOS, Doom and Theme Park. Then try installing Windows 95 on it from floppies!

Second PC was an adventure into the world of multimedia and sound. A Packard Bell Pentium 60 with a CD-Rom drive and a printer. Also the machine I began the internet odysey on.

Third PC and one which is still in use mainly as an internet machine. Pentium 2 300 mhz. Originally with a Voodoo 4mb 3DFX card and I was introduced to real 3D! Slightly changed now with more ram and a Voodoo 3 2000 16mb it still is a useful machine...

Fourth and current PC. Originally a Tiny PC *shudder* but I've changed that much that it can hardly be called a Tiny asides from the moniter and keyboard. 1.2 ghz Thunderbird with 128mb ram and a Geforce 2 MX 32mb. After a recent incident involving a few capacitors blowing I had to replace the mobo and it's now running at the spec in my sig.

I still have everything except the 386

my first pc was also an Ambra 386SX... was a total POS lol...

then i got a Tiny P150, which was also a POS

then came a Gateway PIII 750, which lasted a good few years until the psu died and took out the motherboard. that was the last pre built pc that my family bought.

i built a AMD Tbird 800mhz system shortly after the one above was bought, and that was a good system at the time, 384mb ram, GeForce 2 MX400, 30gb hdd, Coolercase Tornado, SB Live.

then i relegated that to my parents when the gateway died, and built my current machine: Athlon XP 2200+, 512mb DDR 3200, 2* 80gb HDD, SB 4.1, GF4 Ti4200, CDRW, DVD, Coolermaster 200 case.

most of peoples PCs here is when you were still in dipers jcb33 and we were running win3.11 or lower and they boot up much faster than the PCs today. until windows 95 came out anyway :>
