    Nice! Still, seems a bit of a waste, couldn't they have passed it on to a university for research or something? 1000 x 450MHz Alphas would still be a useful bit of kit I reckon. Even a fairly shoddy beowulf cluster with that sort of computing power would cost you £40k+
