To encourage trade and welfare within the guild I propose that we make Guild Trade Teams.

The idea is to make sure that everyone who has the same trade skill know each other i.e. I will know every skinner. A good start would be a thread for each skill or hosted on an external website to list all the information we can about each person in each skill. I can host webpages btw and I’m sure lots of other people here can too. Hey we can even give them pet names like “Armadillos Alchemists”. This applies for all levels in the guild.

This way when someone asks if anyone needs an item and it’s leather I can say “hey Slarys needs that!” I will also make an effort to help other leatherworkers to skill up by sending any spare leather/items I have. I will even offer help to farms items knowing that the offer may someday return. This of course will be entirely voluntary.
