It's been 2 years since my travels out to Hawaii, decided to head back and edit a shot taken on that day.

I have deleted the image and subsequent posts because:
a. It is copyright and while this may be a grey area in that it is an individual sharing it, HEXUS could be liable for copyright infringement, even though it is not being published directly for commercial reasons.
b. Photo-a-day is really for photography enthusiasts (professional and amateur) to showcase their own work, not to draw attention to other work.
While copyright action may be unlikely and I recognise that many linked images may be copyright, lack of proper accreditation is at least plagiarism.

Fie got her paws on my phone, so she made her first selfie.
Personally i go for my Dslr in most cases.

Fie used the selfie camera on my Mi9 phone i cut it back to 30% size using paint and then uploaded to my Tumblr page for sharing, the Dslr i used for those other night shots are my cheapo Nikon D 5200 i think it is called.
The landing Phoenix are made with a ALU capsule ( about 3 CL you dont need much liquid in there ) of 50 / 50 alcohol and lamp oil, let it burn in the metal capsule until it get nice and hot, then ( friend ) shoot the capsule with a air rifle and i take a burst of pictures at the same time.
I dont do any form of post processing on my photos or video, first of all i dont know how to, and second i dont feel i have to as a happy amateur.
