Still got this paper round whilst I wait for various companies to reply to my applications to tell me that my applications have been declined!! It pays more than if I didn't have any form of income, so let's leave it at that

It is FAR more complicated than it sounds!!! It's a nightmare of a job at times, but I love the whole foodie thing and seeing my sandwiches on the shelves etc, so I suppose I enjoy it... deep deep down...
I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

I work out in the midle of nowhere for a company I cannot name for legal reasons. However, it's not because of the official secrets act or anything (not that seems to matter) but company policy.
In terms of work I ensure smooth transition of chilled food products from the concept stage into factory production. This covers pasta's, salads, deli counter and side of plate for most of the retailers and some other food outlets.
It's hectic, involving long hours and mind numbing tedium writing customer specifications, but like Sair says it is worth it once you see your porduct on the shelf.
