    delay in delivery

    I had an e-mail stating that my system was built and passed all tests and quality control and is being past to netsolve for delivery.

    and it is now friday afternoon and I have had no phone calls or e-mails to confirm a date of delivery

    can anyone at scan tell me what is happening please
