I can say with experience that this wouldn't be the first time SCAN have failed to find a fault with a faulty product. Usually helps if you're sure before the first time you send the product as I doubt if they do finally find a fault this time they'll let you have your previous "fine" back. It looks like you're sure this time, but I wonder if it could be sent to manufacturer. I know sending back to retail is easier, but this is SCAN...

    My 2p.

With faulty hardware, sometimes, and it is not rare, that when the hardware is "stored" in a cold place, it can fix the products tempory as I found out with my RAM. And when I searched around it was a very common thing, plus a way of "fixing" dead ram and even HDDs is placing them in a freezer overnight, so you can guess what the coldness does to the hardware in storerooms etc.

I would personally record the fault via video, send then GPU back with the video on a DVD or link to uploaded site, and show them what the fault is, possibly with even another GPU inserted into the system to show that it's the GPU.

    Good luck.

I am still awaiting a response from Mark or the Scan team. I've had this problem for 3 months and nothing has been resolved. I won't send the product back without being 100% sure that i wont be charged this time around, or the fee's from last time are refunded.

3 Months without a fully functioning PC and having to borrow a friends laptop, sort it out Scan.

Without the card being returned we are unable to test it, I can only confirm that once your card is returned, tested and confirmed to be faulty that your previous charges will be refunded in full and the card will be replaced.

I have put your comments with regards to how you would like the card tested on the RMA but it is impossible for me to say at this stage if we will be able to confirm a fault with the card.

    Regards
