Hi, i was hoping one of the employees at scan could help me out here,

I bought a motherboard on the 15 July 2009 (P5QL-EM) and have been using it perfectly however today when viewing the asus website for a bios update i read a shocking issue the board only supports two double sided ram sticks "**Due to chipset limitation, this motherboard only supports up to the total of 4 ranks (4 sides in total) of RAM at max."(can be read here under Specifications - at the asus website - can't post url due to only having one post sorry).

This means it can only handle two dual sided ram sticks ruining my hopes of one day upgrading to 8gb of ram due to the discontinued 4gx2 kits. All of this wasn't mentioned on the scan website under any tabs meaning i did not know about these limitations(Not written at the scan page for the motherboard)

I would like to refund the board and maybe use the money for another asus motherboard on the scan website would this be possible.

THANKS IN ADVANCE (for any help you can give)
