RMA paymnt short !

well i paid £30ish(inc p&p) for 2 akasa eo coolers that were not sutable so i sent them back well packaged(better than scans) and waited almost a week for the paypal refund and when i got it it was £22 £8 short of what i paid, if i dont want the product then the full amout should be refunded ..... i am now £13 out of pocket and im *edited* off evory other online company refunds the whole sum inc p&p i think scan should make sure they state you dont get all ure money back

would have done better selling them on ebay

i have a pending order of £56 with scan and im thinking about canceling it

barwell, i do not get your post but in other words you didn't want the products after they were delivered?
what companies if any would refund the original postage if you have just changed your mind :S

well he says not suitable so maybe they claimed to fit and didnt or something similar, but sure if its just change of mind then I dont think anyone would refund p&p in either direction
