Hi,
I received all relevant emails indicating dispatched (ready for pick up by citylink) at ~6pm today and the email showed a city link tracking number and number of parcels of two.
Around 8:45pm I received a Delayed Order email indicating unexpected volumes in warehouse.
However, if I track online at city link with the tracking code it shows the parcel as having been collected and en route to the delivery branch. However the tracking does only indicate one parcel.
So I'm a bit confused because by the looks of it, I am likely to get some goods tomorrow because one parcel is en route. I guess the second one may have got left behind hence the email ?
Order # is in the relevant field.
