    Return on Unused Item

Hi, i recently just bought a couple new parts for a new build, but after i have completed my order i had realised that i have purchased a wrong kit of RAM. The ram which arrived today (speedy delivery!) is still in the box so it is unopened. So i want to return the ram for a refund, but i used paypal to buy the parts so i dont know if that will make a difference.

    Thanks

You will also probably have to pay a re-stocking fee if Scan do that as it was your mistake not theirs.

I can't say for sure if they charge for restocking fee's

If the return request is raised within 7 days then you can just use the DSR and and get a full refund (excluding postage or course).
