    Rma?

    Hi,
    On 23rd Jan 2008, I bought a couple of these:

    One of them has developed a fault. When you put a disk in there, it spins up, but the activity/connection light doesn't come on. How do I go about getting this RMAd? I understand they have a 24 month warranty.
