    ScanSure, Removed but charged?

    *Removed*

Just placed an order, but have been charged for the ScanSure protection, and although it looks fairly impressive, is not something I'll be needing - and chose to remove when asked.

I paid by Paypal, is this a bug?

Unless you chose "no" twice then you'll be charged.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Your order has not yet been completed or dispatched, therefore we have been able to remove the Scansure charge for you.

Ensure if not required you click twice as prompted to opt out of the Scansure protection.

    Best Regards

    Chris,

Cheers for this but as I paid by Paypal, removing them will have had no affect?

There's no refund showing in my Paypal account.

Refunds take place in the same way through Paypal as they do through Credit Debit card
