    RMA process

    Hi Guys,
    I've got a RMA out with you guys, number 212794. I've had to buy a new enclosure to replace the faulty one. Can I get a credit note, or a refund rather than a replacement?

    This was purchased in Jan 08, so a refund is not possible, it will be replaced for you.
