Hello Scan people

I been reading this forum for awhile now and followed a few threads about people RMA'ing items and it seems that Scan collect the item?

I've never been unlucky enough to RMA components however recently the RAM purchased for a PC build seems to be defective.

I filed a Returns Query, got an RMA number and email, within which gave me an address to send the item back to.

So I have just sent the item back to Scan today but was I suppose to inform Scan that the item was ready for collection and Scan pick the item up?

I hope I haven't messed up the RMA process.
