Hi was expecting delivery yesterday for an order i made on friday, took the day off work sat in all day and nothing, their tracking history log has not changed so i have no indication whats happening.
can only see the tab at the top saying "in our network" instead of "out for delivery"
i have tried calling citylink, but im always in a queue of +10-15, and after 30mins i am moved maybe 1 place, also tried calling scan support a few times but they dont like to answer the phone it seems.
a friend told me to try here for a response
