I am reposting here regarding my issue with a recent order made on sunday, whereby this morning I got an email saying "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately there has been a problem in authorising your credit card and your payment has been declined." At the time of the order, the process went smoothy, and I got a confirmation that everything was ok with the card I used after putting in security details. I have plenty of money in the account to cover the purchase, and I've used the same card on other sites like play.com recently with no problem at all, so no underlying reason why it shouldn't authorise :S Any help will be much appreciated.
Please note that tomorrow (tuesday 29th) I shall be in work, so it might be hard to get hold of me (not normally allowed mobile phones on), so a reply here, or via email would be appreciated, or even a message left on my home phone - my dad should be home and knows about what's going on and could take the call. (I assume the invoice/order number should link up to my scan account so you can see those easily without me posting them here )
