    Delayed order

    Posting about order number as above on behalf of a friend.
    Order was never picked. Apparently the order was placed in the morning, well before the next day delivery cutoff. I explained to him scan orders are not often next day even if you select the right delivery date, but nonetheless I feel every time it happens a complaint should be registered, so the service hopefully improves.

    Ok, I'd appreciate that. Just as a reference, for me and my friends, I'd probably place the next day success rate at around 85-90%, something like that. Not terrible, but it doesn't exactly let me sit back with confidence when i click the 'place order' button as I do with other sites.
