Hi there,

I have two quick questions, one is relating to the order above. I have a Western Digital HDD from the above order (about 2 years ago) and was wondering whether this is covered by a warranty? I can't remember if it was OEM, or if that makes any difference to the warranty, but it's just failed and lost all the data on there, and stupid me hasn't backed up in a while.

The other question relates to order number 00E1413532. I misunderstood the memory types and ordered a SODIMM memory. I haven't touched it, I realised the error as soon as it arrived. Can I send this back?

The rest of the order is fine, and, as always, thanks for great and quick service.

If its within 7 working days you can DSR the memory (you pay return postage) but you must notify your intent to return in writing within 7 working days from date of receipt. Raising an OLQ to get an RMA should suffice?
