    Late delivery!

    hi i had picked this item out when there was plentiful stock. i am moving house and wanted this for the day before i move, as its be one of the last things id take.


    i thought nearer the time stock would not be enough, so i bought then. money was taken out and i was emailed that the order was picked and awaiting dispatch. now i have been emailed saying the order will be delayed due to unexpected volumes. why is this the case when it was picked out a week ago, sitting there for me?

    no repsonse scan? nothing for the inconveniance? guess you can get away being practially the only people the stock this.... or well i thought.

    The item has been allocated to your order but it seems the order was not dispatched for some reason I am yet to determine.

    The dispatch department has confirmed the order did to ship on Friday but will ship today for delivery tomorrow, confirmation of this will be sent via e-mail.

    This was purely down to human error and we apologise again for the delay.
