LN28745 not as described

I am very disappointed.
I received LN28745 as ordered on Friday but this card does not have an HDMI output as descrtibed....


so what can I do about it?

How do I get it swapped for the item described?

I need a passive nVidia card 9500+ with HDMI out.....





I am so annoyed.....I really needed this card today...................AAAAARRRGGHHHH!!

Just phoned and someone from customer services is supposed to call me back later today...


The website says:

The sticker on the box here says
28745
NE29500GTH0801-PM8G96

so different manufacturer's part number!!

I want what i ordered!!!!

We are looking into this, the model number the card was set up under relates to the HDMI version and as we have previously sold quite a few with no issues, I suspect the supplier has since sent a non HDMI version under the same SKU. I'm confirming this now and will update the web site accordingly.

Of course an RMA can be issued for the card to be returned for a refund and I will physically check stock to confirm if we have the spec card required.

I need a passive short form nVidia graphics card 9500 or better [with HDMI], and I need it today....but tomorrow will have to do...so what do I order or will the part I originally ordered actually be delivered tomorrow?

If that is indeed as described [the 512Mb version of the 1Gb board I thought I was buying] then that would indeed suffice.

but i'd need confirmation of the spec before I order.....and I need an understanding of how long a refund will take to appear on my card for the card that was wrong before I order another

You will have an answer in time for next day delivery.

Once the card is received back it can take up to 5-7 days for the refund to be processed and then up to 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

There would appear to be nothing in stock of equivalence... AAAARRGGHHH!!!

What is the ATi equivalent of an nVidia9500? I have never had an ATi card.

I would say it's equivalent to the 9500 - 9600 GT
