I would really like some help with an issue I am having with an RMA and going back and forth with scan so far is not achieving anything.
I contacted scan when my Enermax 525W Pro 82 stopped working. It was under 2 years old and to be fair was not used in a gaming machine or even that regurly.
I was told to RMA it back to scan which I thought was a great idea as I know scan have a very good returns policy and normally quick turnarounds.
I sent the item back and the fault was found as I had described.
A week later there was no more word so I got in contact via email, I was later told that they would not refund or replace as the item was 20 months old. At this point I’m confused as what does that matter enermax have a 3 year no quibbles return policy.
So I have now been in contact with Enermax who say that my PSU is covered by warranty and they WILL replace it!
So I ask scan to send it back to enermax with an RMA number that they have given me- but now scan will not send the PSU back to enermax.
This whole situation is becoming a real waste of time for me and I would like it to be sorted out ASAP, if anyone from here can help I would hugely appreciate it.
