    No progress on order...?

    Hi chaps and chapesses,

    I put an order in mid-morning today and there's been no email progress since stage 2. I was *really* hoping this would be here for Tuesday but it looks as though it's stalled; there's been nothing to say something's out of stock/another problem..?

    I've just had an email from you saying the H50 is out of stock and "as detailed in our previous email, the estimated lead date given to us from our suppliers was 09/09/2010" but unfortunately, there was no previous email that I received. The last email I had from you was that my order was at Stage 2.

    I'm also pretty sure the H50 was showing as being in stock when I ordered it yesterday. I could be wrong but I think it was...

    The LN29006 (H50) is now showing as in stock as we've just recieved stock this morning (14 Sep 2010)

    As such, this should start to progress though and get picked shortly.

    Cheers Lee - I did put an online query asking to cancel the H50 bit of the order but if the whole order can go through today then that'd be splendid.

    I've put a note on the OLQ saying that you now want to keep the H50 on the order so it's not changed for you.
