RMA Number: 227183
I have called a number of times trying to chase this but have been told conflicting information.
I was told my graphics card was sent to Asus who confirmed the fault. As I understood it they were replacing the memory (what you told me).
Now im told that you cant tell where the card is and definately have not recieved it back. It still shows as being with Asus on the tracker so im sure you can understand my confusion.
After expressing my despair at lack of information and the duration of this RMA I was then advised I could be credited with £80 (I will not go into how insulting this was but feel free to take a look at the specification and purchase price of item).
Unfortunately I would like to have a working graphics card which matches the specification of the one I purchased from you which has been confirmed to be faulty.
I am particularly keen to get an update considering both the time it has taken and information I have been given so far.
All I am asking for is for someone to obtain an eta on when it should be fixed and call me to let me know.
As this is well over a month long now I dont think it is unreasonable to expect an update.
Today I was again advised I would get a call back once this was chased.
I guess again I will not be revieving a call back as it was agreed it would be before close of business today :S
So im hoping you may be able ot help me from here.
