    Order bashed up a bit

    Yesterday I ordered a Silverstone Fortress FT01B among other things side panel so I can interchange it with the one in my window.

    I received the order today and although everything else is in fantastic condition but the panel itself has seen some battles, it is covered in scratches and the upper right corner is bent inwards so there is no chance of it fitting on.

    Accidents happen and Scan still remains by far my favourite e-tailer but I just want to get this resolved as I leave for Uni on the 25th.

    What's the best way to return this and get it replaced?

    Please log this damage right away either by ringing to report it, or log the damage via an OLQ so this can be investigated further and the RMA process can be started.
