Hey guys, any news on 232284?

Also... just being nosey, is there any particular reason why there's a back log at the moment?

Just for the benefit of others waiting on here, I've just had my rma recognised as received and tested, so the scan guys must be getting through that back log, YAY!

If I can get my return dispatched and received for this week I'm gonna be one happy bunny.

Please please please can you get something out to me today for a (this) saturday delivery, it's knocking on 2 weeks now to get this sorted and it clearly looks like it's going into next week now

Hello again, can you confirm if this has been dispatched? If I try using my outgoing invoice and RMA on the tracking I'm not getting anything... surely you dispatch things at the point of marking the RMA complete?... ie last friday morning
