Just taken a call from Wesley, who has let me know that it was all in hand in the background at Scan, they just hadnt told me as it was awaiting authorisation.

Thank you scan for looking at this and updating me first thing this morning. I appreciate it, i really do.

Am i allowed to go back on what i said and come running back into the open waiting arms of Scan? I'll bring some flowers and box of chocolates?
Congratulations on your success, happy to hear that it's all taken care of and that you are satisfied

    Might I make a suggestion?

Edit your original post and simply add an update to the beginning of it so that people aren't put off without realizing that you actually achieved customer satisfaction in the end

Even better - why doesn't a system where a tag such as Unresolved and Resolved (in the same way as the sold tag works in the Classifieds forums) can be applied to determine the status of the issue.

It might do in time, sold tags only got added fairly recently.

IIRC There were plans for expansion into other forums if it worked well in the classifieds.
