    Graphics card problem

    Hello,

I recently purchased the GV-N460OC-1GI card from Scan, just over a month ago. I have it connected to a samsung display by DVI cable.

During this time, I have been experiencing intermittent problems when starting up my system. During bootup, the "Windows Starting" screen is covered in white, horizontal lines. When it progresses to the Windows login screen, the resolution has dropped and there are pink horizontal lines on screen. So, far I have been able to fix this problem by restarting the computer. So far, this has happened 4 times.

If you could provide me with any further information or assistance regarding this issue, I would be greatly appreciative.

    System:

    Mobo: gigabyte ga-x58a-ud3r
    Processor: i7 930
    Ram: Corsair triple channel 6GB
    HDD: HD103SJ Spinpoint F3

    Kind Regards,
    Ross

Edit: Just realised i posted this on the wrong section of the forum. Sorry.
