DPD Delivery

I ordered 2 items on Monday and received a text message on Monday evening confirming that my item would be delivered on Tuesday.

I have tracked my parcel and it still states it has arrived at the sorting depot. This was 4 days ago!!

I have tried to contact DPD but after 5 mins of waiting I get a message about the weather and it then disconnects me. I tired twice before deciding not to rack up more charges on my mobile.

Any chance you guys can find out where the hell my delivery is and why it has stayed at the depot for 4 days

As of 14th December 2010, DPD is unable to guarantee that parcels sent to Scotland, Newcastle and York will be delivered before Christmas.

We are in contact with DPD to try and confirm a delivery date for you.

Thanks Chris,

It arrived friday only problem is that the fan actually isnt connected to anything inside the cooler. I have an expensive stand that doesnt cool a thing.

I have logged a returns request through the scan site
