Hi Scan,

After years of absolutely brilliant service I am in the middle of a real scan nightmare.

I RMA'd an Asus motherboard (RMA 236702) which was tested faulty and a replacement sent out. All good to this point except....

Firstly I received a bare board, despite following all instructions and returning all parts as advised.

Secondly the replacement board won't post, I've run numerous checks, including changing PSU and using a different CPU but with the same results.

I have raised numerous queries over the past month trying to sort this but have not received any replies. Last week after waiting long enough I called to try to sort it out. The woman on the phone was great and passed on my problem to management who would contact me shortly.

Nearly a week has gone by and again I have heard nothing.

Can you please sort this out for me.
