I placed an order last week for an XSPC RX120 radiator.
Problem is, the item was out of stock and I received a delayed order notification. I called on Thursday and Friday to ask when stock would be in, and was told it would be in on Friday. When I spoke to Scan on Friday, I was specifically told it would be guaranteed that the radiator would be coming in later that day from the supplier and would be dispatched to me.
However, even now the item is showing on the website as being out of stock, and nothing has been dispatched to me.
If I'd known this would be the case, I would simply have purchased the radiator from elsewhere.
I'd appreciate it if Scan could look into this for me.
