I've had an email from my Diskstation telling me one of my volumes has degraded. I'm at work, it's at home. I foolishly shut it down remotely after receiving the message before realising I needed the serials to start the RMA process.
I have the serials from the original invoice but they're not recognised by the Samsung warranty checker - presumably because they are Scan numbers and not Samsung numbers?
