The motherboard in the order is what failed. I can't be without my PC so I bought a new mobo from a local shop.
So unfortunately I no longer need or want the motherboard I bought from Scan. I have an RMA number, 2 in fact because I was to late to post to meet the first deadline.
I'm wondering what options I have, am I stuck with this motherboard? or can I get a refund? or store credit?
Store credit would be great, you keep my money, and I want you to keep it, and I get back something I can use.
Help me out Scan, please.
