My partner bought a 23" Acer LED TV/monitor (LN34814) using her Scan account just over 3 months ago (her name is Danielle Marriott).. We still have the receipt and would like either a refund or replacement as we've had enough trying to deal with Acer's incompetent staff. We have the Acer repair case ID's and dates if you require them. This screen has been sent off twice to be repaired and they have not fixed the problem at all and i refuse to send it off a 3rd time. I am aware of the SOGA and will consult with a trading standards officer if i have to. I've been without this screen for a month now which is no good at all.
