    No email reply to an RMA request, so I'll try here...

    Hello,

    I tried to email for an RMA request as my PSU has failed but I never received an email back. Not a good first impression.

    The PSU is question is a Silverstone Strider 1kW unit. Purchased in 2008.

    Basically the PSU is covered for two years by yourselves and Silverstone said they cover another warranty year. So that totals to three years which according to the Sales of Goods Act, you cover it.

    The PSU died around 15 days out of the three year warranty period and I am not impressed about that. It is a damn expensive PSU and I want to see if I can get it RMA'd.

    I don't really have anything else to say but if you need to know anything, please ask.

    Cheers.

    Please can you supply a valid invoice number, which will start with "E" if placed on line.

    The details you provided where not the correct invoice number, but the closest match I can find for this - was contacted on 22nd June.

    Please ring our returns department - quoting the correct invoice number - and it can be looked into further.

    Thanks for the reply David.

    <snip number>

    I'm RMAing this on behalf of a friend, the invoice is at his house and that is the number he gave me. Does that help?
