    Rma 247532

    Can't seem to get through on the phone (tried 4 times today) so could someone at Scan take a look at RMA 247532? The goods were collected by Scan's couriers on the 23rd June as far as I recall but the RMA ticket still shows "Authorised" on the website.

    Finally got through to Scan and someone called me back on Friday 26th August but the RMA is still in the "Authorised" state. Would appreciate an update on this. It seems the courier arranged by Scan may have lost the package or it's gone missing at the Scan warehouse?

    Just had to chase this yet again with Scan over the phone. I was told weeks ago that it had been investigated by a manager and a refund was forthcoming. However, just checked my bank statements and nothing. The RMA is also still at the first, "Authorised" state online.

    The original package that I am seeking a refund on was meant to be returned to Scan (I called two times prior to delivery to confirm this) since Scan sent my package to the wrong person and I received that person's items (which were of far greater value). I ordered replacement products from Scan at additional cost to myself since I needed them in a timely fashion and was okay with this at the time. I instructed Scan on two separate phone calls to ensure that the original package was returned to Scan since the replacement order had been received but it was delivered to me anyway. The original collection was missed or miss-communicated to me and an alternate time had to be arranged at inconvenience to myself. Since then my package has gone missing and I'm still waiting for the refund. The package for the other customer was collected at the same time and that apparently made it to the rightful owner.

    It seems unfair that I am out of pocket for multiple mistakes made by Scan back in June. Can someone at Scan please look into this on Monday 3rd October since the Customer Service manager apparently isn't in today? This has been ongoing since mid June (over three months!). I've had one phone call from Scan in regards to this and all other communication has been initiated by me. Please sort this out as the service in regards to this has been extremely disappointing.

    Finally had a call back and the refund has apparently been credited (will verify later). Glad it has been resolved but still very disappointed it took so much chasing from my end.

    happy its been sorted for you now. Kind of in the same boat as you atm. Sent in my bust razer naga, which they have found faulty and im waiting on a replacment and when i phoned up yesterday i was told upto 4 weeks for 1 to come! lol
