there is a brief lag between order completion & despatching of the confirmation mails... i would suggest checking your inbox again in about 10 mins.

I havent even had the email notifying me off a delay again. Why is this?

Why dont Scan give priority to orders that are already late being despatched and pick them first?

Juist had an email today at 9:10am which says:

The real time status of your invoice is: Stage 3 of 4

    1. Invoice printed / Awaiting authorisation - 23 Jul 2007 15:29:00
    2. Payment authorised - 25 Jul 2007 12:36:00
    3. Order picked / Awaiting despatch - 26 Jul 2007 19:37:00
    4. Order despatched

Does this mean the order was despatched yesterday and there is some problem with your update system?

    Chrisp can you please check.

    Thank you.

I can confirm your order 100 % definitely shipped last night for you.. and I have PM'd you the City Link job number..

There was an issue with the automated e-mails, causing the system not to send out these updates last night also affecting the parcel tracking system online. This issue has now bee resolved and all confirmation e-mails will arrive shortly if not already.

    Thank you for you patience

    Bes Regards

ChrisP, just to let you know, CitiLink delivered my kit this morning at 9am to my work.

Thanks for your help (and Adam) for sorting out the order - I kept going for something that then ran out of stock!

Now I just have to wait until this evening before I can get started plugging it together.... unless, maybe I'm starting to come down with something.....

Just put the parts together for a quick test to make sure everything works ok. Vista installed fine.

LOL. I still got to put the sides, front and top of the case on. Got some wire sleeving and cable tidying to do first to make it all neat and tidy.
