I wonder if someone from Scan could help me?
I have an open RMA at the moment for an XFX graphics card which broke, and I returned about 3.5 weeks ago. On Tuesday 30th October, that card was tested and found to be faulty. I understand that the card has to be sent back to XFX, before a replacement can be sent.
Its now been over 2.5 weeks since then, and I REALLY need my PC to back up and running. Not only is it my (new!) gaming rig, but the PC my wife uses, and we're both getting frustrated waiting.
The initial RMA evaluation took 4 days as it was, but I understand that RMA's can get take a while to get through when you're busy. Add the time taken to have XFX process the card, and its getting to be a rather long time...
Any help appreciated!
