Order delayed for item - possible to change it?

LN15049 - Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, Socket 775, 2.4 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Conroe Core, 4MB Cache, Retail.

As ive just been sent an email to say the e6600 will be delayed would i be able to change it for:

LN19275 - Intel Core 2 Duo E6750, S775, 2.66 GHz, 1333MHz FSB, Conroe Core, 4MB Cache, Retail.

Having the left over money put back on my card and delivered asap?
