I ordered from Scan on Tuesday at about 2:30pm for delivery today and they haven't even picked it yet, this is the last time I order from Scan especially seen as the components are urgently for a client and I had to pay for the delivery because my Hexus discount didn't work (Yes I did have 25 posts st this point). I know it's Christmas but to not even have the picking sorted out by now is unacceptable. Also looking through this forum I can see that other people have had next day delivery (which I wasn't even offered) and they have had exactly that, what gives?

As it was said in another thread, if I need urgency in the future Scan won't be the first place I look.
