It actually just looks like someone trolling. He's raised an RMA that he hasn't acted on and has come here to spout all sorts of outrageous lies. Either that he is a kid that has absolutely no idea how to deal with people and this is the first time he's been allowed contact with the outside world.
a classic way of how you DON'T deal with situations. total idiot. let's hope he reads this.
Since I worked in the IT service industry for a few years I've developed the following motto.
If you need to. Treat a sales person as badly as you need to in order to get what you're entitled to because at the end of the day they need your business to keep them in a job. Service people however have the option of whether they want to deal with you or not. Whenever someone started swearing at me on the phone I either hung up on them straight away or referred them to another service centre or the manufacturer. At the end of the day if you treat service people right they'll generally treat you right.
I was always taught to treat people with the same respect they afford you, if that was true in this case i would probably be out of a job right now.

I would like to make it clear that email quoted above was after my GHOSTOFMAXWELL name was silenced from this forum and even before that my more than resonable request for scan to deliver my rights was ignored:

So all 3 are faulty? Is there anyway you can arrange to pick up these
components like your other customers seem to say. The price of sending a
single recorded delivery parcel is crippling.

The problem with bad customer services like SCANS is they ignore resonable requests, but apparently can get put the effort in to post up irrate ones on a forum.
For the Morons who dont listen, the reason I didnt know the components were faulty is I dont have an unlimet supply of up to date interchangable parts with which to test them( as funnyily enough I dont own my own computer store)I was given the run-around by various of the manufactrures technical supports that insisted on telling me what a child of 3 would know rather than admit the real problem i.e faulty components.

I can't believe he posted his address and full name. He might as well have just posted his National Insurance Number too so I could identity theft him
I wish I still lived in London, I could have paid him a visit with the 'clue bat'
whos the moron here, someone buying parts he has no idea about or someone who knows what they are on about. scan dont refund your postage until it is proven faulty, seems like you have no idea what you are on about in your email. its up to you to diagnose them as faulty then request an rma, just because you got an rma number doesnt mean the items automatically become faulty. keep posting this way and i can see your new account getting removed too
PS - Morons dont post their full address in a public forum.
