    SCAN RMA sever delay

    I'd be grateful if a Scan person here could chase this up. The RMA number is 175915. This is a faulty motherboard received by Scan on 14 February. After an initial no-fault diagnosis, I had it retested and you agreed it to be faulty on 22 February. Despite calls last week and every day so far this week and despite the product's being in stock, no replacement has been despatched.

    I'm currently waiting on a replacement motherboard too, although mine was agreed to be replaced on the 15th of Feb.
    I've tried sending them 2 queries and posted here, but still now luck.
    I hope your luckier then me on this one.

    they sent it out today according to the website. One minute after I posted this in fact!

    It was worth registering even if it was mere coincidence.

    Damn that was lucky.
    If only the same would happen to me..... maybe I need to get a new login and post again, lol.
