Oh many thanks, I never noticed the '20 constructive posts' thing so maybe that right there is my issue.

I shall try and become more active on here because frankly "A Customer is not simply an invoice but a welcome addition to the Scan family" is something I'd like to be a part of!

Just got a very quick response from Scan! Apparently once I hit the 20 posts threshold I should be okay, which is fantastic. Genuinely it'll sound like I'm sucking up, but having read your signature, and seeing the recent award you got for best service, not to mention the great prices, I'm pretty certain you'll now be my 'go-to' place over Ebuyer, no doubt.

Just found a bonus to ordering from Scan - I'm never home for deliveries, but the company they use (DPD) have a depot just down the road from here, perfect for picking it up!

Free delivery is excellent.
Just a quick question though, is this free next day delivery or several days, a week? Not that it matters but was just wondering.

Just 2/3 days from experience. I think they send out products via Royal Mail parcel's system, so could be 1 day if you're lucky, or 5 days if you're not!

We use the same service for carriage paid order's, which is next day if placed before the cut off and if the products are in stock.
