How can I associate my account with AV forums and Hexus?

I am having trouble signing up with free carriage at SCAN. It said my user ID cannot be found? I had followed every single bit? ANy idea?

If you already registered to AV Forums then you can't now swap to HEXUS.

Hmm, it just says "Your HEXUS account is not found - please check your details and try again." when I try to register, d'oh!

Thanks Chris P, I've just had to register as a new user though, I wasn't sure if I was a member but having tried to login, and also the 'Forgot password' feature I wasn't in the system.

Is there anyway to claim it despite having an AVForums account with the same name? I'm looking through this forum and the support is fantastic, so I'm very keen to switch from Ebuyer as my number one go to place for browsing and buying parts, but the fairly costly P&P could be off-putting.

We understand the AV Forum's free carriage threshold has increased, however you cannot change free carriage association from AV Forums to HEXUS.

Thanks Chris, I don't believe I've ever had an account at Scan though, which is why I signed up yesterday (I tried my details on the 'Lost password' just in case I had one but forgot, but nope) or do you simply mean that since I've had my AVForums account longer than my Hexus one?
