Just wondering do you need to have any minimum post on the hexus.net website to get the free delivery offer.

Sorry forgot to mention I called Scan Sales and they said i need to have 20 min. post to qualify for the scan free shipping offer. I have been trying to look for this is the terms and Conditions but no luck. Also have been trying to get associate my account but getting the error "Your HEXUS account was not found - please try again."....

Apologies but you have been mis-advised - Initially HEXUS/SCAN requested a minimum post count before you could be eligible for this offer, however a few weeks ago this was scrapped and I can confirm there is no post limit.

If you can post your Real Name, Post Code and the E-mail address used to sign up to HEXUS I will attempt to associate your account with the free carriage offer.

I'm still getting "Your HEXUS account was not found - please try again.". I passed all my details via PM to DavidM yesterday, he was going to try to associate my account. I suspect that the "&" character is the problem. As a fall-back, I've created a new Hexus account with a 'normal' username yesterday and will use this instead if it's not possible to sort it out.
