URGENT: I need my delayed order sent out today

Hi,

I placed an order with scan last wedsnesday (8 days ago), I got an email at about 8pm that evening to say it had been delayed and despite an item showing it was in stock, it was infact out of stock.

I need to know whether my order is going to be sent today as I need it for this weekend.

If my items are still not in stock and it cannot be sent out today then I will have to substitute the item.

If you could get back to me asap so we can get this sorted for despatch today.

Does anybody know when scan gets their deliveries in to know if my item is going to be available for dispatch today??

Deliveries here can be from 8.55am all the way through to about 6pm at night and they come throughout the day.
