Hi,

I have been using my PC now for a little while when all of a sudden it suddenly turned off and when turning on again it failed the POST.

Now after hours upon hours of testing I have narrowed the culptit down to the motherboard failing.

My brother has a PC of the same spec and just a couple of weeks older and so have had the ability to check every single piece of hardware with the working PC. Everything but the motherboard was comfirmed as working.

Could you advise me on how I can get a replacement motherboard please?

Splash isn't SCAN staff

but the SCAN guys will probably see this tomorrow and be able to answer your question

and i think SCAN arrange for the board to be collected... don't quote me on that though... i could very easily be wrong
