I sent you a picture frame back around the 11/4/09 because it was the wrong one that you sent me its now the 4/5/09 and Ive had to contact you 3 times about this refund and 3 times you've lied to me saying that the refund had been done so after waiting weeks Ive rang the credit card company to check to see if they had received a payment from you and they haven't so your ****ting me not only did you mess up sending me the wrong item you have the cheek to not give me a refund. This is not the behaviour i have come to expect from a company i use weekly i sent an item back to ebuyer 10 days ago and within 3 days the refund was made to the same credit card as the one you claim to have refunded to so if ebuyer can refund it and have it show that quick why cant you.
