Pre order items

Hi,

How do pre order items work? ie If i buy a pre order item and the price drops before the item is sent will I be refunded the difference? I believe that I will be charged for the item when I place the order

When a product is pre-ordered the price is charged at the time the order is placed, if our buy price drops and affects the Retail price we would refund the difference back to your card, only if the order has not shipped. If the order ships before the price change we would be unable to refund the difference back to you.

This could also work in reverse where if our buy price increases and affects the Retail price we would have to confirm the difference in cost to you first and then either once accepted charge the difference or cancel the order. It is unlikely that this would happen though and we really only have to do this is the price dramatically increases.
